I use an integrative approach to therapy drawing tools and techniques from various theoretical backgrounds including CBT, attachment theory, emotionally focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and existential therapy.
I see my role as journeying with you as we collaboratively explore your past and present experiences, current patterns, and personal values to find the best path to your healing and growth.
